Having over 23 years of commercial construction and residential development experience, Matt takes pride in being quick to respond, efficient and accurate on critical decisions. His skill sets and responsibilities include operations, project management, risk management, compliance, environmental, scheduling, bidding and site investigation. He has been involved in over 3,500 room renovations over the last 5 years between hotels and apartment communities and succesfully managed over 700 construction jobs ranging from small to large. Matt demonstrates strong leadership qualities in order to maintain such a diverse (in response to scope and concurrent projects) workload. His ability to trouble-shoot problems and deal with high-complexity issues is priceless. Duke Zinser - Vice President / CFO
Duke directly oversees all contract negotiations and proudly maintains a "hands-on" approach with all of the firm's project managers and supervisors. Under the leadership of Mr. Zinser, operational performance and customer satisfaction are way above the expected industry standard. Duke started in the construction and abatement industry in 1990. Since then, he has estimated and managed hundreds of construction, asbestos, lead, mold, hazardous soil and demolition projects at schools, airports, government facilities, high-rise buildings, malls, hotels and manufacturing facilities. He has overseen every project so that each is properly designed to match the end-results expected by the client. He has over 12 years of successful sales and management experience in a variety of industries leading to a diverse background. Mr. Black has been a big part of the success for Genesis. He has five years experience working in operations with Matt Daniel as his right hand, and holds a 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations Certification. His in depth knowledge of construction management allows him to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that every project detail meets Genesis’ standards of perfection. Mr. Black’s coordination and information exchange have won him a great deal of respect with our clients. His personal leadership and personnel management skills have synchronized field and corporate operation to point of efficiency far above our competitors. His roles include estimating, scheduling, architectural plans, risk management, and new vendor selection. Mr. Black strives to lead by example and help bring out the best qualities in others. Kevin has worked in construction for the better part of twenty years. He has worked on numerous projects with an in-depth understanding of all facets of construction. Mr. Hale has extensive experience running and successfully managing multiple crews whose tasks include disaster clean-up and of course, large-scale renovations. Holding trueto Genesis' highest standards of perfection and utilizing his vast trade experience, Mr. Hale has become a leader within the company. He has a keen eye for detail and constantly inspects all tasks and the manner in which they are done. With safety as a top priority for all parties, he believes that a "happy jobsite is a safe jobsite" and takes personal interest in everyone. His handling of in-house workers as well as sub-contractors is key to ensure that a synergistic work environment is always executed.
