Holiday Inn (Wyoming) A complete interior over-haul on this Holiday Inn to bring the property up to current standards for Holiday Inn. This property received new FF&E, wall vinyl, carpet, fixtures and included both guestrooms and public areas as well as minor exterior work. The timeline was met as well as the budget along with additional registration desk and buffet design-build work by Genesis. This 244 room Holiday Inn made a transition within a short amount of time per a PIP list provided by Holiday Inn and the owners. Throughout the process Genesis was in charge of providing the owners with a variety of different design options to select from.
