Holiday Inn (Texas) Due to an updated PIP list, Genesis was used as the general contractor in the renovation of 2 Holiday Inn's within a 5 mile radius of each other. The projects went on simultaneously to renovate the public areas. A great deal of vwc, carpet and wood restoration was part of this renovation. Genesis self-performed this work with their in-house crews to avoid the issues with local sub-contractors that the owners had previously had on many instances. Our timeline and budget was met with ease.
