This Marriott had a variety of renovation pieces and remediation issues that Genesis performed with ease. While tackling a number of complicated structural issues with the hotel, we were able to find effective and less-expensive solutions than other competitors had suggested. We set deadlines and met them with each return to the property. A large amount of millwork, painting and flooring (patterned wood matching in lobby and resealing/re-taping of raquetball court) was part of the scope. 

This hotel had an extremely high occupancy throughout the duration of our visits, which required Genesis to keep intense consideration for noise and any caused debris. As always, we were quick to react to events at the hotel by constantly re-organizing our crews. This was 95% self-performed by Genesis.
