Marriott (Florida) From ceiling tiles to carpet to FF&E; this project had several components with 50% self-performance. With this hotel being a high-occupancy establishment, Genesis was given a 10 day timeline in order to replace and assemble FF&E  in 138 rooms. With a myriad of delivery problems from the distributor, we were still able to accomplish our goal. We were able to also provide a highly durable, glossy and non-slick finish to all of the ground surfaces in the entrance and surrounding the pool. Genesis came through to ensure that the client was more-than happy with our performance.
