Gulfview (Florida) Genesis took an older hotel and completely gutted the inside of 64,000 sf, 10 floors within 3 days.We proceeded to re-build the hotel within a timeline that other contractors wouldn't touch. A complete interior and exterior renovation was performed on the project. We were faced with incomplete architectural drawings and many last minute design-build requirements which made this job difficult. We self-performed the job 75% and completed the building to the highest standards.
